Before you begin your spa experience
- Start with a revitalizing hot shower
- Stay hydrated throughout your thermal journey
- Opt for a light meal and avoid alcohol in the hours leading up to your experience
- Remove jewelry and metal objects to ensure comfort and safety
- Listen to your body: take a break if you feel dizzy or uncomfortable.
Step 1 - Heat
15-20 minutes
Start your journey of relaxation by immersing yourself in the soothing warmth of our hot bath, dry sauna or hammam.
This first step opens your pores, stimulates blood circulation and promotes the elimination of toxins through sweating.
The heat helps relax muscles, relieve stress and prepare the body for the next phase of the treatment.


Step 2 - Cold
15-20 seconds
Get ready to awaken your senses and invigorate your spirit. After the heat, plunge into our ice bath and immerse yourself up to your shoulders or more for at least 15 seconds.
Alternating hot and cold activates blood circulation, tightens pores and strengthens the immune system.
The cold provides an intensely revitalizing sensation, helps reduce inflammation and re-energizes your body, bringing immediate well-being.
Step 3 - Relaxation
20 minutes
Finally, after the cold, indulge in a moment of rest in our relaxation area or enjoy a sunbath on our outdoor rooftop terrace.
Make yourself comfortable, allow your body heat to stabilize and feel the revitalizing effect of the previous steps.
This time of relaxation helps to rebalance your body and integrate all the benefits of the thermal circuit, leaving you serene and fully relaxed.
