We kindly ask that our spa facilities be enjoyed by individuals aged 18 years and above. Your understanding and cooperation contribute to creating a tranquil space for everyone to relax and unwind.
What to bring to the Spa
Bathing suit and sandals are mandatory on site.
Sandals can be rented on site. A selection of swimsuits is also available for purchase, subject to availability.
Reservations include bathrobe, towel and electronic locker.
Our changing rooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hairdryer.
On arrival at the Spa
Please present valid identification corresponding to the name on the credit card used to make the reservation.

No cell phones allowed. Enjoy the quiet atmosphere and treat yourself to a moment of total disconnection.
Please respect our silence policy to preserve the soothing and relaxing atmosphere of our spa. Please limit conversations and avoid excessive noise to ensure a serene experience for all our guests.
Contraindications
Thermotherapy is not recommended for pregnant women, people with chronic illnesses, heart or respiratory problems, hypertension or diabetes. Medical advice is recommended.
Arrival time reminder
To ensure a stress-free experience, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
This will give you time to relax, complete any necessary paperwork and immerse yourself in the calm atmosphere of the spa.
IMPORTANT : Please note that late arrival for your massage therapy appointment will result in a reduction in the duration of your massage.

Cancellation policy and refunds
IMPORTANT : Cancellations or changes to appointments made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge equivalent to the full amount of the services booked.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. In this case, we will be happy to offer you a full refund.
However, late cancellations or no-shows cannot be refunded.
