Cancellation Policy and Refunds (24 hours in advance)
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled date and time. We are happy to accommodate your request, and in such cases, you will receive a full refund.
However, please be aware that late cancellations or no-shows within the 24-hour window of your appointment can disrupt our schedule and impact other guests’ opportunities to book appointments. Regrettably, we won’t be able to provide refunds for late cancellations or no-shows.
