What to bring to the Spa<\/strong><\/h5>

Bathing suit and sandals are mandatory on site.<\/p>

Sandals can be rented on site. A selection of swimsuits is also available for purchase, subject to availability.<\/p>

Reservations include bathrobe, towel and electronic locker.<\/p>

Our changing rooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hairdryer.<\/p>

To ensure a stress-free experience, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.<\/p>

This will give you time to relax, complete any necessary paperwork and immerse yourself in the calm atmosphere of the spa.<\/p>

IMPORTANT : Please note that late arrival for your massage therapy appointment will result in a reduction in the duration of your massage.<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

Cancellation policy and refunds<\/strong><\/h5>

IMPORTANT : Cancellations or changes to appointments made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge equivalent to the full amount of the services booked.<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. In this case, we will be happy to offer you a full refund.<\/p>

However, late cancellations or no-shows cannot be refunded.<\/p>
